Four steps, and the fourth one only happens if the first three make the case for it. Most calls end with a recommendation rather than a proposal.
You describe the problem
The store URL and the thing it will not do. No brief needed, and no need to have worked out whether it is a theme problem or an app problem. That is our job.
We ask about the stack
Which plan, which theme, which apps, what is connected to the back office, and what has already been tried. This is where most of the answer usually comes from.
You get a straight view
Whether it is a build, a fix, or something you should not spend money on. If it is a build, we tell you roughly how long and what happens next.
Then a written scope
If it makes sense to go further, we take the build apart and write it down, then quote a fixed price against it. Nothing to sign at the end of the call itself.

What should I have ready before the call?
The store URL and a plain description of the problem. If you know which theme you are on and which apps are doing the heavy lifting, bring that too. Nothing needs to be written up in advance.
How soon can we talk?
The calendar only shows times that are actually free, so the slot you pick is confirmed as soon as you book it. There is no round of messages to find a time.
Do you work with brands outside the UAE?
Yes. We work from Dubai with brands in the UAE, the US, the UK and Europe. Most projects run remotely against a fixed scope with a weekly call, and the time zone has never been the hard part.
Is the first call a sales call?
It is twenty minutes with someone who builds. You will get a view on your problem whether or not there is a project in it for us, and there is nothing to sign at the end.
