An establishment of Cosmetic brand in 2020 and having experienced significant growth since 2011 , Noha Nabil realized it needed to ensure the platform would keep up with the brand’s ambitions—especially with its sights set on expanding internationally with multi-currency and multi-language options with custom theme kit. The decision was made to replatform cosmetic brand with a carefully planned migration roadmap established as part of its international capacity planning. One of Noha Nabil’s core values is to introduce customers to new international brands, so it was important its online experience facilitated this same sense of discovery.
Noha Nabil briefly considered other platforms. Noha Nabil migrated to Shopify Plus to ensure it offered customers a responsive site that fits perfectly on any screen. It decided the best solution would be to migrate from the previous platform to Shopify Plus. In particular, Noha Nabil was attracted to the platform’s automation tools such as Launchpad and Flow to manage its complex product range, Multi-currency, Coupons and Gift Cards, Product reviews, the Script Editor for cart shipping, price customizations and Arabic Theme Support, It also engaged Shopify Plus’ expert counsel to help navigate challenges in scaling and growing by focusing on the core drivers of its business growth.
Noha Nabil’s cosmetic company migrated to Shopify Plus was completed within hours. In conjunction with a Redesign, development, multi-currency and multi-region launch of the store in Shopify Plus, The brand lifted conversion rate %, revenue %, average session engagement %, while bounce rate went down %—all in its first week since replatforming.
