The already designed store of Wordsworth & black is outdated and underrated because of its design and its layout. Due to this, UX had gone undervalued and it affected its visitors, customers, and profits. The success of a store is based on user experience that how easy and quick it is for visitors to navigate your store.

The Client needed to take an action to improve the website and increase the conversion rate. He needed to Redesign his eCommerce website for long-term growth goals, site stability, drive consistent revenue, and provide the best shopping experience. The client’s site is ultimately the best and most effective tool for his audience to learn who they are as a company. Wordsworth & Black’s site is performing poor and slow, which causes annoying problems for customers and notice a drastic decrease in sales when the numbers should have been going up. Re-designing and customizing product pages should be done to get consistent revenue because the current design is slow to load and isn’t mobile responsive.
